Tenor Roger Davy, a well-known face in Australia and Internationally, began his career as a boy soprano before taking up a contract with Opera Queensland and studying Opera studies at Queensland University where he performed the Tamino” in The Magic Flute “Don Jose” in Carmen, where he was part of their Young Artist Program.
Moving to Sydney in 2001 Roger took up a contract with Opera Australia where understudied and performed roles including “Steva” in Jenufa, “Gabriele Ardorno” in Simon Boccanegra. and was finalist in Royal Covent Garden Scholarship.
He studied in Germany and the UK before performing major operatic roles in UK these roles include ” the title role in the Tales and Hoffman, Returning to Australia in 2006 was the inspiration behind the much-celebrated The Ten Tenors’. After leaving the Tenors in 2000 and moved into the entrepreneurial area to create his own entertainment company for aspiring young performers, Vavachi Entertainment.
In the past 10 years along with producing numerous free community Opera and Music in the park concerts, Roger has carved out a successful solo career with his unique trademark performance tributes, to the man and his music “Pavarotti Forever” along with Phantom of the Opera and the Singing Waiter.
In recent years Roger has established his reputation as one of Asia sort-after classical corporate performers. Performances include the Singapore F1 Grand 2008, 2009. 2011, The Henley Financial Group’s 20th year celebration dinner in 2010, Primasia Hong Kong and Aquatic Engineering & Construction International for Red Events Singapore in 2011.
Roger has also performed concerts in Guangzhou China and New Delhi in India and was resident six-month performer at the Venetian Casino Macau/China. Returning to Australia in 2012 Roger produced and performed in “A Night under the Enchanting Stars” for Olivia Newton-John and partners at the exclusive GAIA Retreat and Spa and recently performed for Lexus of Brisbane for their Gala Melbourne Cup has performed and produced the charity entertainment gala dinner for the Qld Fireball.
Performing regularly at Singapore Grand Prix with Pavarotti tribute, Roger performed the role of David at the Brisbane Powerhouse as part of the Restrung Festival in the Chamber Opera “The Aqueduct”, in May 2013 Roger performed the principal role of Piangi in Queensland premier production of Phantom of the Opera with Savoyards, performed the role Alfredo in Ipswich City Orchestra’s concert performance of Fledermaus. Performances for 2015, included performing at exclusive Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru and a return performance at Gaia Retreat and Spa as part of the 10th Birthday celebrations. Recently returning to his first love of Opera, singing the role of Alfredo in La Traviata. In 2016 Roger and Vavachi Entertainment after producing the annual Music/Opera on Kings community concerts for over 10 years attracting over 5000 people, teamed up again with Creative Events Incorporated to produce Cirque de la Opera for the Horizon Festival on the Sunshine Coast, Roger recently played the title role of John Flynn in the Australian concert premiere of “In like Flynn” the musical at Gold Coast Arts Centre
Versatile soprano, Meg graduated from QLD Conservatorium in 2000 with a Bachelor of Music a Vocal Intensive Major (Classical) after which she spent a year studying at the Royal College of Music

Meg has toured Australia extensively in 2 sell out productions of Menopause the Musical for Jally Entertainment and SK Entertainment in the roles of Earth Mother and Professional Woman and as Vocal Coach.
She holds a Master’s in Music studies, Vocal Pedagogy from Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University and successfully performs as a crossover singer in opera, jazz, pop and music theatre genres and teaches voice at a number of QLD schools and her home studio in Brisbane.
A regular performer with Vavachi Entertainment and local community theatre groups, Meg has performed for many years at the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and also in Music Theatre productions in a variety of roles which include; Donna (Mamma Mia) , Carlotta (Phantom of the Opera), Aunt March (Little Women), Mrs Corry (Mary Poppins) and Fairy Godmother in Flaws and All; a new Australian musical performed at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2017. Her operatic roles with Opera QLD and Operez include the title role of Agrippina and Lucia in Britten’s The rape of Lucretia.
Meg also performs in several covers and tribute bands in and around the Brisbane region. Whatever your musical taste, it is most likely Meg will be able to sing it for your function.

Gabrielle Jack is a coloratura soprano currently living in Brisbane. She graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Graduate Diploma of Music (Opera Performance stream) after completing a Bachelor of Science (Biology) at the University of Newcastle. She sang with the University of Newcastle Chamber Choir for three years, performing in television and radio broadcasts, on international tours and contributed to four CD recordings before moving to Perth to pursue operatic studies. While in Perth she won the Operatic Aria – Kevin Sullivan Memorial Award and went on to be a finalist in the National Aria competition and the City of Sydney Opera Awards. She was a semi-finalist in the prestigious MTO German Australia Opera Grant for two consecutive years and won the English Opera and Art Song Award in Sydney.
Gabrielle has performed around Australia in operatic roles including Frasquita (Carmen), Adele (Die Fledermaus), Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro), Pamina and Papagena (Die Zauberflote) and Dorilla (La Serva Scaltra). Being passionate about new music, Gabrielle has performed in three premiers; Marguerite Verdi in Verdi’s Women (a play written by Regan Flor and produced in Brisbane by Success on Stage), Freya in The Aqueduct (a chamber opera by Australian composer Jennifer Game-Lopata, performed at the Powerhouse in Brisbane) and the Prophetess in The Return of Elijah, (an oratorio by Toowoomba-based composers Lance and Nina Clark). More recently she toured regional QLD and NSW with the 7sopranos, was the soprano soloist in Handel’s Messiah and Haydn’s Harmoniemesse and has performed regularly as a guest soloist with the Amadeus Orchestra and Brisbane City Pops Orchestra.

Adam has loved performing since an early age appearing on stage at the Brisbane Arts Theatre at age 6 in “The Little Hero of Holland”. He decided to pursue performing as a career at Beenleigh High School, where he played lead roles in many of the school’s annual musicals culminating in playing Jesus in “Godspell”.
Straight form school, his professional career began to blossom. He successfully auditioned for a place at the Victorian College of Arts and completed a 3-year Diploma of Arts in Acting in 1991. He moved to Sydney and was cast in the ensemble of the John Frost production of “South Pacific” which toured Australia for a year. He got to play the lead role many times as the understudy to the role of Lieutenant Cable. He moved to the UK after the show to pursue theatre work in London and appeared in the pantomime “Dick Whittington” alongside “Birds of a Feather” star Lesley Joseph. Returning to Australia he auditioned for producer and performer Simon Gallagher and was cast in his productions of “The Merry Widow” and “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” alongside Jon English which toured Australia and New Zealand. He also played Hortensio in “Kiss Me Kate” in a concert version for the Brisbane Festival in 1998.
For Beenleigh Theatre Group Adam played the lead role in “High Society” in 2009 and the role of The Beast in “Beauty and the Beast” in 2015. Adam has also played many roles for the local Phoenix Ensemble including Freddie in “Chess” , Jesus in “JC Superstar” and won a Gold Coast Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor in the musical “The Full Monty” .In 2016 he played Dan in “Next to Normal” and George in “La Cage Aux Folle” He has been nominated for multiple Gold Coast Theatre Awards. Adam was cast in his dream role playing Jean Valjean in “Les Miserable” for The Spotlight Theatre Company on the Gold Coast along with standout feature role as Dan in “Next to Normal” at The Brisbane Arts Theatre and “Love Letters of Noel Coward” for Footlights Theatrical. Adam’s love for theatrics and passion for song and dance make him a well-rounded and seasoned performer who can lend himself to many diverse roles. His entertainment factor is second to none and always a crowd pleaser

Samantha is an experienced and innovative musician. She is both a performer and musical director in the musical theatre and cabaret industry. Her musical direction credits include Harvest Rain Theatre Company’s “Grease Arena Experience” (national tour) as Assistant Musical Director/Band Leader, “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Mary Poppins”, and “Menopause the Musical”(national tour).
She has worked with the likes of Philip Quast, Matthew Lee Robinson, Dami Im, Christine Anu, Jemma Rix and Courtney Act. Her passion for bringing new life to existing works has led to great response, and as a result Samantha is often commissioned to compose/arrange for choir and theatrical companies around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. She also works as a repetiteur for masterclasses and workshops, and teaches at a private music studio.
Samantha’s performance credits include “Phantom of the Opera”, “Oklahoma” , “The Wizard of Oz”, “Grease”, “My Fair Lady”, “Hairspray Arena Spectacular” (national tour), “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”, “Legally Blonde”, “Little Women” and “Urinetown”.
Sam is also a member of pop-opera quartet Belladiva, performing at over 30 venues on a recent Queensland tour. In her spare time, Samantha teaches music across Northside Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Piera has completed a double Bachelor in Music and Arts with First Class Honours at The Sir Zelman Cowen School of Music at Monash University, Clayton

2020 began with Piera securing a place on 3MBS Radio’s The Talent programme. She also performed for the second time at the Melbourne Recital Centre for the 3MBS Marathon. Throughout the pandemic, Piera has performed regularly in online salons for the legendary Finucane & Smith, including in a lineup featuring Australian living legend Paul Kelly.
In 2019 Piera performed her first leading role in a grand opera: Adina in GBD Productions’ tour of L’elisir d’amore by Donizetti. The second half of the year was spent engaged with the legendary Finucane & Smith as a guest artist in international performances of The Rapture and The Rapture Chapter II. She continues to perform regularly at corporate events, particularly for Vavachi Productions and Entertainment International.
In the first half of 2018, Piera travelled to France to take her place at the Fabrique Lyrique Operatic Young Artist program in Bourges where she played the Coquette in the world premiere of Fêtes et Cendres. The second half of 2018 had her in China, performing as Constanze Mozart in the children’s show Magical Mozart for Australian International Productions. She reprised this role in 2019 due to the success of the initial production.
In 2017, Piera covered the title role in L'incoronazione di Poppea for Lyric Opera of Melbourne. The year prior, she toured China playing the Second Spirit and covering Pamina in Die Zauberflöte with the Australian International Opera Company. In addition, Piera performed the roles of Virtù and Pallade in L'incoronazione di Poppea at the Trentino Music Festival in The Dolomites in Italy. She also toured a mixed genre program in regional Victoria with associate artist Pamela Christie.
Following his Diploma in Music at Eora College, he completed the Advanced Diploma in Opera and has completed a Masters in Music (Opera Performance)

Following his Diploma in Music at Eora College, he completed the Advanced Diploma in Opera and has completed a Masters in Music (Opera Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.Daniel works on a regular basis in the Australian club circuit doing Cabaret shows and is a casual chorister for Opera Australia.In 2017 Daniel was a nominee and winner of the RisingStar – Australian Club Entertainment (ACE) Award.Roles include; Chef Louis in the Broadway version of The Little Mermaid, The Registrar in Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Laurie in Little Women the Opera (Adamo), Rodolfo in La Bohème (Puccini), Monsieur Vogelsanger in Der Schauspieldirektor (Mozart), Don Curzio in Le Nozze di Figaro (Mozart), Paolino in Il Matrimonio Segreto (Cimarosa), Orpheus in the Underworld (Offenbach), Prince Ali in La Rencontre Imprevue (Gluck), Contino Belfiore in La Finta Giardiniera (Mozart), King Arthur (Purcell), Wild Boar in Les Malheurs d’Orphée (Milhaud), Spärlich in Die Lustigen Weiber von Windsor (Nicolai), Gastone de Letorières in La Traviata (Verdi) and has played various leads in the Gilbert and Sullivan repertoire.He has also performed The Swan from Carmina Burana (Carl Orff), Midas in Geschwinde, ihr wirbelnden Winde by (J.S. Carly-Anne is a unique artist with a highly distinctive and rich voice, and an unmistakable stage presence. As an artist she endeavours to inspire and move her audience, winning them over with her charismatic blend of the establishment, and the truly radical. Carly-Anne draws on her extensive classical training, folk and Celtic inflections, and her Welsh heritage which is evident in her sound and persona.
Carly-Anne is a seasoned and highly versatile performer with over 9 years of professional experience in voice, presenting and entertainment. As an actress she has been involved in front of, and behind the camera, in short and feature films, TVC, theatre, pantomime, and as a children's entertainer. Credits include work with Godfrey Hurst, Salty Strangers, Gabriella Dolly, JMC academy, Luna Park, Blue Whale Theatre Company, Event Entertainers, Foxtel, Sakata and Sole Entertainment. He most recently appeared in the 2016 National Tour of Monkey Baa Theatre Company’s The Peasant Prince – The True Story of Mao’s Last Dancer (Dia/Teacher Xiao/Consul Zhang) touring to 38 theatres. Previous to this, Jonathan performed in London for several years where he appeared in the West End production of It’s a Bird…It’s a Plane…It’s Superman (Father Ling); the critically acclaimed production of The Last Days of Limehouse (Stanley Lim) for Yellow Earth Theatre; Turandot Reimagined (Madarin/Timur) for the New Theatre Royal Portsmouth and Tete-a-Tete Opera Festival; and the immersive theatre sensation, The Secret Island (Uncle Huat).

Roles as a child include Anna in Hans Christian Andersen, Mozart in Of Mice and Mozart, Tootie in Meet Me in St Louis, Kim in Showboat, and the title role in Annie.Michaela later gained a Bachelor of Music (Honours) from the Royal College of Music, London. In the UK, she performed the Gilbert and Sullivan roles of Julia, Mabel, Josephine and Patience. Oratorio works include Handel’s Messiah, Poulenc’s Gloria, and Mozart’s Requiem. She was also a member of 5-voice a cappella group Chiswick Baroque for 3 years. In Sydney, Michaela sang the role of Calisto in Offenbach’s Daphnis and Chloe with Pacific Opera, and Dolores in Florodora with Slick Operettas. She joined The 7 Sopranos in 2011, and features on their debut, self-titled album on the ABC Classics label. In 2012, Michaela sang the role of Rose Pickles in the creative development of George Palmer’s Cloudstreet : the opera, Lucille in Rossini’s The Silken Ladder with Sydney Independent Opera, and Orlenda in Charody Productions’ circus opera The Carnival. In 2014, she played Envy in Fat Lady Productions’ burlesque-opera fusion, Pleasure Opera, at the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Featured television appearances include Home and Away, All Saints, and Underbelly: The Golden Mile. Michaela has also been broadcast live on ABC Classic FM and Fine Music 2MBS FM, and is a member of close harmony jazz trio Midnight Avenue.

Amanda Hutton is a Lyric Mezzo-Soprano who began singing Jazz and Music Theatre before moving to the Classical realm and studying Opera Performance. After completing her Bachelor of Music in Performance and Graduate Diploma of Music in Opera Performance at Queensland Conservatorium, then singing with Opera Queensland for two years, she moved to Sydney to further her studies at Sydney Conservatorium of Music, graduating with her Master of Music Studies in Opera Performance in 2007.
Amanda has extensive professional stage and theatre experience and has been a soloist with Queensland Pops Orchestra and Central Coast Philharmonia, as well as many smaller concert platforms, and she has sung with Opera Australia, including The Pirates of Penzance seasons and tour and the ‘Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour’ operas and was to be back on the Harbour stage for this year’s return of La Traviata, before COVID-19 saw to its cancellation. Besides roles performed at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Amanda’s other performances include various touring Children’s Opera roles with both Opera Queensland and Opera Australia. She has also performed the role of Fantine in Les Miserable (Gold Coast Art Centre).

He performed the role of the Duke in Opera Australia’s Rigoletto at the Sydney Opera House and was rewarded with a standing ovation from a packed house and a television audience of over one million viewers.

Camilla Wright, Sydney based Soprano graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a Masters of Opera in 2016 and since then has performed alongside the Chinese 3 Tenors at the Sydney Opera House, a live stream performance broadcast at Central Coast Stadium, travelled to Papua New Guinea with Vavachi, Performed for the Governor with the Sydney Lawyers Orchestra and is a Young Artist with Coast Opera Australia.
As well as Opera, Camilla has pursued different paths in music which has lead her to often singing at funerals, weddings, recording as a backup vocalist, performing as part of the Sydney Contemporary Arts Fair in Justene Williams’ “A Sonorous Body” and many live performances in Canberra, Sydney and Central Coast as well as Corporate events around Australia.

Following her passion for music after winning the Elizabeth Muir undergraduate prize at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Anna embarked on a Bachelor of Music majoring in opera. Anna had qualified for the advanced performance stream (C-strand). Her stage debut was as Christine in Redcliffe Musical Theatre’s 2013 production of The Phantom of the Opera. While at University, she has played the role of Amor in the Conservatorium’s 2015 production of The Coronation of Poppea, Papagena in The Magic Flute (2016), Emmie in Albert Herring (2016), as well as chorus roles in Hansel and Gretel and The Cunning Little Vixen. She was selected to perform at the 2016 Conservatorium season launch, and invited to participate in a masterclass with Cheryl Barker (AO) at the Australian National University and Vivica Genaux in the Brisbane Baroque Festival. She continues to be an active performer outside of University with a number of professional ensembles—she performs as a soloist with the Brisbane Symphony Orchestra, a lead soprano with Canberra’s Opera by Candlelight in Albert Hall, and with the Brisbane based Underground Opera Company. Shortly, Anna will be playing Princess Laoula and the Storybook Princess in Queensland Conservatorium’s productions of L’Etoile (Chabrier) and L’enfant et les Sortilèges (Ravel), respectively, as well as appearing in a solo recital at Albert Hall, Canberra. Anna has just returned from 6 months’ study at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, where she hopes to return in 2018 to undertake postgraduate training

Clarissa holds a Diploma of Opera from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music as well as achieving a distinction in her Licentiate of Music with the AMEB & is an accomplished performer of opera, oratorio and musical theatre.
She has toured America and Canada as a soloist with the Sydney Conservatorium Chorale and has been the Mezzo soloist for Handel’s Messiah in the Sydney Townhall, Mendelssohn’s Elijah (broadcast on ABC FM) and Bach’s St John Passion under conductor Richard Gill. She has also appeared as the Mezzo soloist for the Beethoven C Minor Mass and Beethoven Fantasia in The Great Hall of Sydney University for the Sydney Conservatorium Chorale.
Originating from Sydney, Clarissa has performed in many musicals across the state from a very young age. Some of the role highlights include Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus, Gianetta in The Gondoliers, Katisha in The Mikado, Patience in Patience, Madame Thernardier in Les Miserables and The Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd.
Joining the extra chorus of Opera Australia in 1997 she has performed in over 30 operas at the Sydney Opera House including Pearl Fishers, Andrea Chenir, The Marriage of Figaro, Madam Butterfly, Pagliacci, Lady Macbeth, Aida, Die Meistersingers, Othello, Eugene Onegin, Cosi Fan Tutte & Sweeney Todd. She was also part of a live broadcast of Lohengrin under Maestro Carlo Felice Cillario. In 2012 Clarissa performed in the first Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour – La Traviata. She has toured nationally as part of Opera Australia’s Pirates of Penzance and My Fair Lady in the role of Mrs Eynsford Hill.
After moving to Brisbane in 2014, Clarissa has performed in La Traviata, Candide, Kiss Me Kate, Barber of Seville, The Pearlfishers & The Merry Widow with Opera Queensland & is an active participant in Opera Queensland’s Open Stage Workshop Program.
